Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Air Mattresses & Camp Bedding (if used or opened)
- BBQ Tools & Cooking Accessories (if used)
- Air Nailers & Staplers (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened or used camping gear (e.g., camp stoves)
If you receive a defective item from these categories, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return or exchange. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item to us at: Worx Sales StorePlease use a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Timeline and Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns. Original shipping costs will be deducted from refunds for returns that are not due to our error.
